BIO

Silvia is currently Creative Director at TikTok, where she leads brand and product campaigns focused on positioning the platform as a destination for discovery, learning, and community. Her work centers on shaping integrated storytelling that connects platform features, community behaviors, creators, and cultural moments.

Previously, she was Creative Director at Amazon (Alexa+ & Devices Brand) where she led the launch of Alexa+, Echo and e-reader devices. Formerly, she served as Creative Director for Amazon Prime Video, where she was responsible for design identity systems and brand campaigns.

When she first moved to Los Angeles, she joined 21st Century Fox, leading the company’s branding efforts and overseeing the development and rollout of a new internal and external brand strategy, including a refreshed visual identity across its portfolio.

Before that, she worked at Discovery Southern Europe in Milan as Brand & Creative Manager, leading creative direction for the company’s portfolio in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France. During her five-year tenure at Discovery Communications, Silvia built and led the in-house creative studio, earning recognition from Promax BDA (GEMA) and the New York Festivals Advertising Awards for launching TV brands, shows, and new on-air and social talent across Southern Europe. At Discovery, she played a key role in transforming the Italian market from a small startup into a top 3 national network, driving culturally relevant campaigns that built household brands across TV, satellite, and streaming.

Silvia began her career as a copywriter and video producer, working with companies including Fox Entertainment Group, SKY Italia, Jetix Europe (The Walt Disney Company), and National Geographic. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the European Institute of Design (IED) in Rome, Italy, and completed an Intensive Communication Corporate Program through UCLA.

  • Understanding the unique qualities of a product to create compelling marketing that defines a brand and drives customer acquisition.

  • Delivering content that informs, entertains, and inspires—building meaningful connections between brands and people.

  • Leveraging AI to supercharge campaign development, from insight to creative production and optimization at scale.
