Silvia Morganti is an award-winning Creative Director, with more than a decade of experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for global media companies. She currently serves as Senior Creative Director for 21st Century Fox, where she leads the company’s global branding efforts. Silvia recently oversaw the development and implementation of 21st Century Fox’s new internal and external brand strategy, including the deployment of a new visual representation of the brand and its businesses. Earlier, she worked at Discovery Communications Southern Europe as a Brand & Creative Manager, where she led the creative direction for the company’s portfolios in Italy, Spain, Portugal and France. During her five years at Discovery Communications, Silvia received awards from Promax BDA, New York Festival Advertising, D&AD for her work managing the successful launch of several TV brands, running promotions for hundreds of American and international shows and introducing new characters and web stars to the world. Silvia began her career as a copywriter and creative producer, working for companies including Fox Entertainment Group, SKY Italia, Jetix Europe (The Walt Disney Group), and National Geographic. She has a bachelor’s degree in Advertising & Marketing Communications from the European Institute of Design (IED) in Rome, Italy.
